Every piece is printed to order, so we need 1-3 business days to handle and print before it ships.

Netherlands and Belgium: typically delivered within 7 days of ordering.
Rest of the EU: typically 7-15 days.

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Busy periods, distance and customs can add time.

Shipping is charged on every order — we do not offer free shipping, and we would rather say that than bury it in the price. The exact cost depends on your delivery address and is shown at checkout before you pay.

The final checkout screen always shows your full total: product price, taxes and shipping. Nothing gets added afterwards.

Our focus is the Netherlands and Belgium, and we ship to the rest of the European Union too.

Yes. You have 14 days from the day your item arrives to tell us you want to return it, for any reason. Once you have told us, you have another 14 days to send it back.

This covers every standard item, including sale and discounted ones. Printed to order does not remove your right to return.

To get a full refund the item needs to be unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in its original packaging. You can of course try a garment on to check the fit, exactly as you would in a shop.

Every product page has its own size chart with the real measurements for that garment — the V-necks, the tank and the totes are not cut the same, so check the chart on the piece you want rather than going by your usual size.
