Last updated: 1 August 2026
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by FilthyBass. FilthyBass is a registered trade name (handelsnaam) of Langhoor Marchal Consultancy (LMC). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FilthyBass. FilthyBass offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, and changes never apply retroactively to an order you have already placed.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are at least 16 and have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms may result in the termination of your Services.
SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone, provided we do not do so on any ground prohibited by law, including nationality, place of residence or place of establishment.
You understand that your content (not including payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 4 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. This does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law in respect of information we give you about a product before you buy it.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.
SECTION 5 – PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices displayed on our website are shown in euro (EUR) and include Dutch VAT where applicable.
Prices shown do not include shipping costs. We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and are displayed to you at checkout, before you place your order and before any payment is taken. The total price you pay — product price, taxes and shipping — is always shown in full on the final checkout screen.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout. We will never charge you more than the total confirmed at checkout without your express agreement.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. This does not affect orders already accepted and paid for.
SECTION 6 – PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be exact. Garments are printed to order; minor variation in print placement and shade between individual items is normal and is not a defect.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region, and to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.
A contract of sale is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before that point, including where a product is out of stock or where a price or product description contained an obvious error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full without delay.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may, in our reasonable discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
For more details, please review our Refund Policy.
SECTION 8 – YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example an email to info@filthybass.com. You may use the model withdrawal form set out in Section 9 below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery, we reimburse only the cost of the standard option.
Return shipping costs. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We do not provide a prepaid return label for withdrawals. This does not apply where the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover the return cost in full. See our Refund Policy for how to arrange this.
Diminished value. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In plain terms: you may try a garment on as you would in a shop, but items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged may be refunded at a reduced amount.
Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specification or clearly personalised for you (for example a custom name or bespoke artwork you supplied), to gift cards, or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. Standard catalogue items that we print to order are not excluded — your 14-day right applies to them in full, including to items bought on sale or at a discount.
SECTION 9 – MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

SECTION 10 – LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Separately from and in addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal, we are liable under EU law for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Where an item is faulty, not as described, or does not have the qualities you can reasonably expect, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge, or to a price reduction or a refund, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Dutch law.
For the first year after delivery, any defect that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can show otherwise. You do not have to pay to return a faulty item. To make a claim, email info@filthybass.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue.
This legal guarantee is provided at no cost to you and is not affected by any commercial guarantee we may offer.
SECTION 11 – PRODUCT SAFETY
Our products are textile goods placed on the EU market in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety. Langhoor Marchal Consultancy (LMC), at the address in Section 1, is the economic operator established in the European Union responsible for these products. Care instructions and fibre composition are shown on the garment label and on the relevant product page. If you believe a product presents a safety risk, contact us immediately at info@filthybass.com and we will investigate and, where necessary, take corrective action.
SECTION 12 – ACCESSIBILITY
We aim to make this store usable by everyone, and we work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as required by Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act). If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from browsing, ordering or contacting us, email info@filthybass.com describing the problem and we will help you complete your purchase and work to fix the issue.
SECTION 13 – COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If something goes wrong, contact us first at info@filthybass.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to give you a substantive answer within 14 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect a full response.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may take the dispute to the competent court, or seek alternative dispute resolution. Consumers in the Netherlands can find guidance from ACM ConsuWijzer (www.consuwijzer.nl). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their national European Consumer Centre via the ECC-Net (www.eccnet.eu). Please note that the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are resident.
SECTION 14 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is at your own discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which those tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
SECTION 15 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites. Please review carefully the third party’s policies and practices before you engage in any transaction with them. Complaints, claims, concerns or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
SECTION 16 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries), or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use those comments in any medium in connection with our business. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, to pay compensation for any comments, or to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we reasonably determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right, and will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or any computer virus or other malware. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments.
SECTION 17 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, designs, product photography, text and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to FilthyBass and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item; it does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it. You may not reproduce our designs on other merchandise, or use our name or logos commercially, without our written permission.
SECTION 18 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 19 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. Where we cancel an order for this reason and you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
SECTION 20 – PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
SECTION 21 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time.
Except as expressly stated by us and subject to the paragraph below, the Service and all products delivered to you through the Service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
In no case shall FilthyBass, Langhoor Marchal Consultancy (LMC), or our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for our obligations under the legal guarantee of conformity in Section 10, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Dutch or EU law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by this section.
SECTION 22 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FilthyBass and Langhoor Marchal Consultancy (LMC) and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This section does not apply to consumers acting outside the course of a trade or profession.
SECTION 23 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 24 – TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement and deny you access to our Services. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
SECTION 25 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 26 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in another country of the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
SECTION 27 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Changes take effect when posted and do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
SECTION 28 – CONTACT INFORMATION
