Every measurement below is of the garment, laid flat, in centimetres — not of your body. Measured flat with a 1–2 cm tolerance.

Runs true to size. Between two sizes? Take the larger one for a relaxed fit.

HOW TO MEASURE
Grab a shirt you already like, lay it flat, and compare it to the table:
- Chest — straight across, from armpit seam to armpit seam.
- Length — from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve — from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
